Do you know if I can get a link to my website from another website removed legally if I don't wish to be associated with the other website, thanks.

It is difficult to argue copyright infringement in relation to a Link but you could try point out to them that the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2498) (the Copyright Regulations), creating a link may constitute a copyright infringement which would entitle you to damages.
You could also threaten that they are infringing your database rights.
It also partly depends if they are linking to your home page or another part of your site but generally speaking it is dificult to enforce a claim against linking.
