Claim Exclusion
Is is possible to preclude or constrain, by prior agreement, a contractor's future rights to claim for delays or the incurring of additional costs attributable to failure of client to deliver materials or furnish permits in a timely manner?

This is not a constitutionallaw question, it is a contract law question. The answer subject to (i) the Unfair Contract Terms Act and Regulations; and (ii) decent drafting is yes
