Re: Trade union :inherent right?

There is no constitution in the United Kingdom.

Under the Human Rights Act 1998, from 2/10/00, there is a limited right to form a Trade Union under Art 11(1) of the European Convention of Human Rights.

There restrictions on that right in Art 11(2). Further, there is an exceedingly complex framework of TU legislation in the UK. If a serious point is being pursued, I would advising seeking and paying for specific advice from a TU expert in the UK.

The answer to your questiojn is therefore, in simple terms, "No". Considerable further information is required before any more helpful advice can be given.
