Legal Question in Consumer Law in United Kingdom
Fraudalent Web Services
I registered myself quite a while ago for a webhosting service called www.impulsehost.net , for web hosting for an entire year costing me 30 GBP . A few weeks into the service the site went bust or something because i couldn't access my files.
I tried contacting them, calling them up, emailing, yet, no response. I want to know if there's anyway i could get my money back or whatever.
Thanks again
Jay

If the service provider is India based then you should immediately issue him a legal notice, followed by filing of case for deficiency of services.

You can file a Complaint before the Internet Services Authority and also before the Consumer forum for deficiency in services.
