hire purchase
i purchased a vehicle 6 months ago been back to the garage numerous times it is knackered finance company or garage dont want to know where do i stand legally

This car was purchased from a motordealer and you will therefore have the full protection of the Sale of Goods Act. The implied terms of quality and fitness for purpose appear to have been breached and the dealer has failed or refused to remedy these breaches. In these circumstances you should advise the dealer formally in writing that you wish to reject the vehicle and that he must repay the money paid.
