Legal Question in Consumer Law in United Kingdom
Internet Gambling
I have an account with VC bet and had a bet on my account via the internet. The bet arrived totalling £32400,00 which they paid. I then transfered the money out of my VC account to my bank account which went through. Later they voided my bet and reversed my withdrawals and closed my account. There answer was I placed the bet after the result was know and that they had a problem with there site which allowed me to place the bets. They said I could of got the result anywhere and then placed my bet. Your input on whether I have a claim would be greatly appreciated.

This will depend entirely upon the terms and conditions of your membership which regulate the placing of bets. I will need to consider these before advising further and please get in touch directly if required
