Legal Question in Consumer Law in United Kingdom
Keeping an incorrect delivery
If i purchase something from a company. And they invoice me for an item. Then they deliver the wrong item. I sign for it. If it then turns out to be the wrong item, is it legal to keep it? Could the company claim it as theft?

It is legal to keep unless they invoice you again with a correct item and ask you by letter to correct the mistake.
