hi , if a balif is trying to remove goods from a property , the debt belongs to name 1 if the rent on that property is paid in another name [ my partner ] do they still have the right to remove goods from the property.

the reality of this situation is that if the bailiff gains entry to the property they will remove everything notwithstanding who it belongs to and without regard to any legal entitlements. The answer is not to allow bailiffs into the property as they have no right of entry into residential property unless invited.
