county court judgment
i have won a tribunal and been awarded money but the people who owe me money are not paying they have good jobs so i want to take them to court for an attachment to earnings how do i do this

It will be necessary for you to first register the tribunal decision as a judgement in your local county court. Once you have done that you may them apply for an attachment of earnings order or follow any other enforcement process that would be appropriate.
