Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United Kingdom

thank you for your response to my question, my solicitor has the funds from the sale proceeds of my house, does that mean she is in a position to pay out my debts to my family members if i request that she do so, before then paying the rest to me so then i would only be in receipt of the true amount, i would provide her with the amounts,names and bank accounts that the monies have to be credited too. i look forward to your confirmation on this. thank you

Yes. If she is holding your money and you instruct her to make these payments on your behalf she must do so.
