Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
i have been arrested and accused of gbh,i got arrested around end of may and i am on bail untill july the 6th i was already on a repramand for being there at a fight,this time i had a fight with a girl and have been accused of breaking her skull,they are waiting for the medical resullts to come back although i denie doing it,if it comes back and she does have a cracked skul it will go to court,but im only 14 so am i looking at going youth offenders? and if so how long for?

It might be that the crime is seen as "adult" crime, and that you will be punished accordingly...
