Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
i was arrested last march the 28th 2010 to be exact but let go pending inquires i want to know how long they have to charge me as it is now feb 2011 and i am wondering if they have a certain time period before it is to long

once accused is released on bail there is no specific time for filing charge sheet.
