Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
my boyfriend was arrested for having canabis on him and having �1350 in cash, he has been bailed but has been told that civil proceedings will be taken against him for money laundering, they have taken his mobile fone and the officer said they wanted to access his bank account and has taken the details, the cannabis was a small amount around 2gram maximum. What can happen to him? What can he do to help himself? thank you
