Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom

Hi. I have a court case on 20th march. I got arrested for the theft of �5000 which it wasn't that much it was �1000 if that. It happened early last year. It's the first time I have been charged with any kind of crime. I admitted to the crime. I was wondering what I will be facing. Could you help please

Further information is needed to identify if its theft in breach of trust or theft from person, or theft from a shop or theft from a dwelling.

Then one needs information about your prior misconduct and its outcome.

Then one factors in any aggravating features in the commission of the offence e.g. degree of planning or any mitigating features in the commission of the offence e.g. your role

Then one factors in any personal mitigation

AND then one applies all of the above to the sentencing guideline, to give a prognosis
