drunkenness
is there a law about a person who commit acrime under the influence of drugs? is there a drunkenness defence for a person who kills under drunkennes? is there a law about that or only judgements?

Take a look at C.G.S. 53a-7, and the case law that has interpreted it. "Drug intoxication" is not a defense to a criminal charge, but it can be used to negate an element of the crime. Voluntary intoxication of an illegal drug makes this a tough issue to raise.
