If the FEDERAL HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE is real

I need to know if the federal high court of justice FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA is a real place. They have informed me of a death in the family. And as such require a Sworn Affidavit of True Next Of Kin : Oath Duty Fee:US$1,300.00 and a Letter of Administration : Governmental Stamp Duty Fee: US$1,200.00 i dont know if i can trust them or not. can you give me an answer. Thank You

This is a common scam. It completely untrue. It designed to steal your money. This same message or a variation is circulating all over the internet. I have received a similar message. I forwarded mine to the FBI internet crime division. Just delete it.
