Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
hi, a friend of mine has seperated from his polish girlfriend, they have 18month old son, his partner has taken a restraining order out on him but she is in possession of his car and he cant go to house cos of the restraining order and she is refusing to let him have the car. What can he do to obtain his car, he has been to police station they just told him to sort it out through his insurance company??? would really appreciate some advice thank you

Any other person can go and get the car. Even a tow company can get the car.
The car must be owned by your friend (and not part owned together with his ex-girlfriend), and there mustn't be any debts to his ex-girlfriend.
