Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
An underage girl used my ID to try and gain access to a club last night, the bouncer was previously informed that she would be trying to use it from a bitter ex. The bouncer confiscated my ID and told her that I would have to collect if from the police station tomorrow and nothing further will happen. I never had any recollection that she even had my ID as I had left it at a mutual friends house last weekend. I was just wondering what kind of trouble I can get in from the police.

If your ID was stolen by this girl, then you have nothing to fear.
But if your story doesn't add up about "leaving your ID at a friends house", then you might get cautioned.
