Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom

im a victim in criminal damage. my neighbour smashed my windows thru when he was drunk, i phoned police and he was arrested and was kept in the police station till he was soba . he was let out on bail wiv bail conditions and if he breached them he would get locked up. i was imformed by police that he will attend magistrates court. he pleaded not guilty so the case got ajourerned to a later date and took to the crown court. me as the victim now has to attened the court and i just wanted to no do i need to get a solicitor to represent me in the court of law as the case is very near.

As a victim, you just want to get your damages paid for.

You can represent yourself, but consider a solicitor, or legal aid.
