Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

I have 2 children and am about to divorce my husband. He is not their biological father and does not have parental responsibility. Do i have to allow him access to the children after the divorce

No you do not have to allow him access if you do not want to, as he does not have any parental responsibility towards them.
