I have run out of money half way through the case on aacess and can not afford to pay any more. Can i drop the case or am i forced to continue

I am not sure what money you need to continue with what I am taking to be an application for contact with your child.
Unless the circumstances are totally exceptional you can deal with this yourself without employing a solicitor.
What you are talking about is ensuring that your child knows his or her father which is their right and not the sort of thing that should be given up on by you. You should proceed and act for yourself. We will help if needed.
