beneficiary rights

myself and my long term partner have seperated we have a child to together when we brought the property i was not named on the mortgage but we had a contract drawn up that i was the beneficiary and he was the trustee and that after the mortgage was paid the would be a 50/50 split will i be entitied to any monies after the sale of the house

It was agreed when you purchased the property that you have a half share to be held on trust by your partner. This is fully enforcible although the interest should be registered at HM Land Registry. If you need help enforcing your entitlement let us know.
