I am a british citizen married in Rome, Italy to an Italian. We had a mixed ceremony as he is catholic and I am protestant. We have been married for 18 months. How do I proceed for a divorce?

much will depend on where you and your spouse now live. if you are resident in the UK there are unlikely to be any problems in obtaining a divorce. We will be happy to advise further if required and if you wish us to prepare the divorce papers and guide you through the process we are able to do so at a very affordable price. Details are available from our website at
