Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

Cafcass report

My ex-wife had strongly influenced (pretty much forced them what to say)my children with regards to the responses they gave the Cafcass officer. Now the report has come back and not too surprisingly is it strongly in favour of my ex-wife being awarded residency even though I have been looking after them for the past 4 years and my ex-wife only had contact. The children are aged 17, 15, 10 and 7. Can I ask for another Cafcass officer to do the interviews again as the children now realise that they should not have ''lied'' because of their mother ?

Re: Cafcass report

I am afraid that a further CAFCASS report would not be ordered by the Court. You may however put in your own evidence to counter the CAFCASS reporters evidence and should certainly do so.

If we can help with these problems please let us know
