Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

i was getting child support money from my ex until my kids reached 16, that stopped when they was 16 but i did never get the arrears can i open a case now even thought they are older and reclaim what there dad owes? also the exs wife has sent me a really bad latter again which i didnt reply to can i go to a solicitor and have her done for harrassment?

if your children's father has not paid maintenance which he was obliged to pay you are fully entitled to enforce this payment notwithstanding the fact that your children are now grown up.

If his wife is harassing you you may certainly bring proceedings against her.
