Help with Child Support
I have never received child support for my 4 children. Their father went missing and has now reappeared. My children are now 21, 20, 18 and 17. Is there any way of getting our money now that I know where he is? I now live in a different country.

Unfortunately you will not be able to claim arrears of child maintenance unless this was payable under either a court order or child support agency assessment.
However it could well be possible for your adult children to make a claim against their farther based on his failure to maintain them. We would be pleased to advise further on this possibility if required.
