Hi - i have a clean break order issued June 2008 and my wife is supposed to divorce me after two years but she's driving me mad and is constantly hounding me - can i divorce her? if so, how do i do it? All the finances have been settled and there are no children to consider

The clean break order you refer to will need to be looked into as such will not be effective until decree absolute of divorce is pronounced. The answer to whether you can divorce your wife is almost certainly yes.
