Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
Consent Order
I dont want to go back to the courts they did not help me in the first place but after 4 years in courts I agreed to a Consent order drawn up by my ex-husbands solicitor to get the divorce over with. I agreed to the awful conditions imposed on me.I kept to my obligations but now my ex-husband refuses to keep to his. His was to sign the title deeds of the property back to me after I had given him the agreed amount he had wanted. This done on my part he now refuses to sign the deeds over to me.I need advice in what to do and where to go. Does this mean another dreadful espsiode back in the courts and money for solicitors fees that I do not have?

Re: Consent Order
Properly handled, enforcing the order made by the court should not be too horrendous and experience. It is however going to involve an application although it is likely that your former husband will agree to resolve matters as he could have no conceivable defence to your claim.
You have obviously faughtlong and hard for what was ordered and it would seem a pity to let him of the Hawk and owl. Do please get in touch if we can assist you are.
