what are my legal rights with regards to my children.we are still married but separated .my husband has threatend to take my daughter away from me so i just wanted to know how to go for full custordy .im in uk

Although it will be necessary to look into the full circumstances, it may well be necessary for you to obtain a residence order in order to secure the position and give you protection from the threats being made by your husband.
