My daughter is married with a child the property she, her husband and child is in her name. She wants to divorce her husband but is worried that her husband with incite on her selling her home if she does.

On divorce a court may vary interests in property and in appropriate cases order that property be sold. When the property is required as a home for a child however it is unlikely that an order for sale would be made unless alternative accommodation is available for the child.
