i cant find my wife nor can the courts to get a divorce, i can now go to the court for a sworn affidavit, does this mean i can get a divorce without her

In circumstances such as this where every effort to find a party has been exhausted it is possible to apply to the Court for service on that party to be dispensed with. We are able to assist further with this if required.
