my partner divorced hes wife 10 years ago, she moved to america and removed, the judge ruled that he remained their marridge home and bring up the two children but ruled should he sell the house 30% would have to be given to he's ex-wife.

On child has already left home and the other one is 19 years old, hes exwife might be returning back to england and belives she can make him sell the house, does she have any legal right to force him to do this

This will depend very much upon the exact wording of the order which was made following your partner's divorce.It will be necessary to consider this and determine the event which will trigger a sale or entitlement of a payment to the former wife.
