i am going through a divorce can my wife use a company that her father is a senior partner at and also can my wife tell me where i can and can not take my son when he is in my care

If your wife's father believes that there is no conflict of interest there would probably be no restriction on him acting for her. You have parental responsibility for your son which is equal to your wife and there is no prima facie restriction on where you take him.
