I'm a divorcee of 10 years and have two children my ex has been paying me maintainence for two children {55.00] a week for them both this was fine but was supposed to have been linked with the financial index but he has never amended payment over the years this information was stated to him in a letter on settlement of divorce is there anything i can do to retrieve money's owing and how do i calculate it?

If the maintenance order was made as part of your divorce settlement you should apply to your local Family Proceedings Court for an upward variation of the amount and enforcement of any arrears.
