Endoment policy
if my ex husbund froze our endoment policy could he cash it in with out me signing anything.or could he have carried on with it.And if so i am entiteld to anything.thanks pam gill

If this endowment policy is in the joint names of you and your former husband it is not possible for him to sell it without your permission. He would however have both an entitlement and obligation to keep up the payments on the policy.
You certainly have an entitlement to the proceeds of the policy but the extent of this entitlement will depend upon your divorce settlement.
