Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

i have a family court judgment in my favour for contact to my 12 year old son dating back to 2004.my ex partner is now refusing to let me see the child in question.although regular contact has been maintained on a regular basis for the last several years.is the childs mother in breach of the court order.

it would seem that a court has-made an order directed tot your former partner requiring that she allows you contact with your son. If she is not cooperating with this she will certainly be in breach of the order and remedies are available. As a responsible father it is for you to take such steps as are necessary to ensure that your son has the benefit of contact with you.
