my husband has moved into another womans house he is not paying anything he is committing adultery but there is a combined wage hers and his will her salary be taken into consideration for the financial side?

You should clearly be applying for a maintenance order if your husband is failing to support you. His girlfriend�s income will be considered as an available resource when the court considers how much maintenance he should pay you.
