farthers rights

i am a farther that is not married to the partner of my child, and are now seperated. I have parental rights that were granted to me when i was last in court for access. i am very unhappy with the current living arrangements for my son and wish to remove him from the environment. Am i able to do this??

It would appear that you should apply to the court without delay for a residence order. This will be determined as to what is in your son's best interest and with the concerns you have your duty is to protect these.
