fathers rights being violated

my husbands ex wife is not allowing him to exercise his rights as father of the child up to the point of making his child hate him and not wanting to go with him despite her having breached 4 court orders allowing him access, a partenity test the courts have done nothing about it and she still continues not allowing him access

he is in court tomorrow as she wants more benefits and wants him to pay for costs too. what can he do

your husband should apply for a residence order so that he might have the day-to-day care and control of the child. Generous contact should be agreed with the mother along the lines of the time that the child is currently living with her.
