harrasment to be a false witness

my sister in law and brother are getting done for benefit fraud they asked me to lie for them and say my brother was not living with her when he was. so when i found out it was going to crown court i said no i am not going to be a witness as i can get into a lot of trouble for lying in court. but since then they have threatned me accused me of reporting them to the fraud when i did not and been abuesive. the court date is next week so i would like to know where i stand with having something done about this. thankyou.

you should report these threats to the police.

There is no other alternative for you.
