international child support?
my daughters father lives in wolverhampton, uk he is an internationally famous poker player. he spends 4-6 months in the united states playing poker. (vegas and atlantic city) i'm not sure what avenue to take to get him to assist with taking care of our daughter. i don't have an address for him in the uk. please advise

Providing that your daughter's father is resident in the UK and has a UK address enforcement of a maintenance order should not be affected by the fact that most of his income comes from outside of the UK. Your normal course of action to obtain maintenance will be by way of application to the Child Support Agency. They have facilities for obtaining a father's address of my advice would be to make an immediate application.
