the law on divorce
I would just like to know, i have been with my boyfreind for 2 years, he is still married, but left her 3 years ago, he filed for a divorce 6 months ago, but she will not sign the papers. she says she wants to divorce him on adultry, but he hasnt commited adultry, she dosent like him with me. What can happen

Hi. sorry to hear of the problems you and your boyfriend are experiencing.I am presuming that your boyfriend has petitioned for divorce on the grounds of two years separation which requires the consent of the other party. If this is not the case, it will only be necessary for him to prove service of the petition in order to obtain a divorce.
if there has not been adultery it is not open to your boyfriend's wife to issue a petition on this ground. It would however be possible for her to petition on the basis of and allegation of unreasonable behaviour in his relationship with you.
