Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
I need help. i left my last address in january of this year to get away from my ex partner and his violent family, i took his daughter with me to protect her as she has already been under social services for being left and her father bringing drugs in my house, i have just received a order from court The children act 1991 and i am pretrefied as i tryed to take her away from him as he is a risk to her, i need to know what this order involves
any help would be greatly appreciated
