legal custody of children
my wife has full legal custody of my child and is seeking immigration to austrailia. where do i stand with regards to her taking my daughter

Your wife may not take your child permanently out of the UK without either your consent or the leave of the court. If you believe that she will do so, you should immediately apply to the court for a Prohibited Steps Order.
