How do I complain about the bad advice my solicitor has given me in regard to setting up maintenance for my child until his education has finished

Bad advice should be taken up firstly with the complaints partner of the solicitor's firm involved and then reported to the Law Society if not resolved. If the advice amounts to negligence a claim for the loss incurred should be made.

We can advise further if required
