do i as a wife have alegal right after two years of marriage to stay in our home even though it is in my hausbands name

You most certainly do have the right to live in what is the matrimonial home. This is given to you by the Matrimonial Homes Act. It is quite irrelevant that the home is in held in your husband's name. If you are being threatened with eviction you should apply for an Occupation Order.
