Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

If you are married and own a house jointly - mortagage in joint names - can you advise if you are thrown out of house and you have to leave the house and rent somewhere else - what would you legally be responsible to pay ie Mortgage (joint names) council tax, bills , insurance etc - as need to rent a flat and want to know how much I need to pay

You have entered into an agreement with your mortgage lender to pay the mortgage and this is not effected or voided by your matrimonial difficulties and the fact that you no longer live in the house.
