I'm married that house is in my name the mortgage is paid from a joint account my husband has left is he entitled to a share?

the short answer to this is that your husband as a consequence of the marriage will certainly have a claim on the house which is a matrimonial asset irrespective of being in your sole name.
Your position needs to be considered in its entirety and full advice on what is clearly an unsatisfactory position obtained.
