mother rights
i have child from my ex huband.now i am getting married again my 2nd husband live in some other country.my ex husband is in contact with child.i want to take my child with me.what i do.

It would appear that your child's father hAS equal parental responsibility with you and therefore either his written consent or the leave of the court must be obtained before you are able to remove your child from the U. K. to live overseas.
