Moving Children abroad without consent of Father
I am married, but have now split from my wife. Not divorced. She now wishes to take my daugher (15 yrs) (whom i adopted) and our son (5 yrs) to Turkey to live.
Can she do this if i have not given my consent to do so??

You very clearly have parental responsibility for your children and as such they cannot be removed from the UK without either your agreements or leave of the court.
If it looks as if your wife is proposing to take them overseas without obtaining your agreement you should make an immediate application to the court for a prohibited steps order. Full details on how you may do this are available from our website.
